ELOTEX® 60W is a very hard redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. lt acts as an organic binder to enhance the adhesion ability, cohesion, and workability of corresponding building materials, such as ready-mix dry mortars. Mortars modified with this product exhibit neutral rheology, improved dry adhesion, and increased abrasion resistance. ELOTEX® 60W shows low emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOC), allowing manufacturers to formulate finished products in accordance with eco-labelling requirements, such as EMICODE.

A white, yellowish-white or grayish-white powder or granules, hygroscopic after drying. It is a cellulose ether, which is based on methyl cellulose. It has several properties in pharma and construction industries. Basic difference between HEC and HEMC/MHEC Cellulose ethers are derivatives of the natural material cellulose (pulp) and are used in various ways as additives to refine different products.MHEC & HEC both are water soluble cellulose ethers.We have MHEC for Construction Industry. MHEC is the only cellulose derivative which has best water retention property due to high degree of 'METHOXYLATION' & that is the sole reason for which MHEC is sold for Cement based Wall Putties as well as Mortars.
