R.D. Powder Redispersible polymer powder is a free flowing, white powder obtained by spray drying of an aqueous vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer dispersion. It redisperses in water and reacts with hydrate product of cerement / gypsum and stuffing, from composite membrane with good mechanics intensity. It has high flexibility and recommended for in the mortars when the flexible property are desired. It has good dispersion in water and high compression strength. R.D.Powder increases the adhesion between mortar and its substrate , and improves the mechanic property , flexibility ,tensile strength and workability of the mortar. Normal dosage is 1-6 % depending on the type of mortar. Applications: Cement based tile adhesives Tile grouts Thermal insulation systems (adhesive & reinforcement layer) Flexible tile adhesive Self-leveling flooring compounds Renders Gypsum joint filter Repair mortars Crack fillers
DA-1100 is suitable for modifying self-leveling flooring compounds. It is thoroughly compatible with all commonly-used superplasticizers, such as condensation products of melamine sulphonic acid and naphthaline sulphonic acid or lignin sulphonates. Addition of the dispersion powder improves adhesion, abrasion resistance, flexural strength, workability and the flow properties of the compounds. DA-1100 is especially suitable for use in self-leveling flooring compounds which it contain casein. The compounds display very high tolerance towards excess water, have little tendency to slump, and have a very smooth, crater-free surface. DA-1100 is suitable for use with standard inorganic binders such as Portland cement, high-alumina cement, anhydrite, gypsum, lime and mixtures thereof. Mineral plasters DA-1100 added to cement and lime-cement decorative rendering improves their adhesion and flexibility. To achieve optimum results, between 1 and 6% DA-1100 based on the total weight should be added. In addition, 0.1 - 0.5 % cellulose ether or starch ether or a combination of the two should be incorporated. Gypsum based compoundsThe addition of DA-1100 to trowelling compounds and boards containing gypsum as binder increases flexural strength, impact resistance and adhesion. To improve water retention, cellulose ether should be added. DA-1100 is also suited for use in the formulation of self-leveling compounds based on gypsum and anhydrite. The recommended amount is 1 - 6 %.

Redispersible Polymer Powder is a free-flowing, white powder obtained by spray drying of an aqueous vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. Redispersible polymer powders are polymer emulsions which have been converted by spray drying (atomizing the aqueous polymer dispersions in a stream of hot air) to free flowing powders. When blended with water, these powders redisperse back into liquid emulsions with essentially identical properties to the original emulsions.
Concept Of Redispersible Polymer Powder (Rdp):
To meet today’s technical requirements; almost all dry mix mortars require polymer modification. Many cementitious mortars contain cellulose ethers as an additive to improve water retention and workability. However after setting and drying they will adhere poorly. In addition cementitious mortars are very hard, brittle and inflexible materials, whereas for many applications flexible and deformable cementitious materials are essential. As a consequence for almost all applications in modern construction, the modification of cementitious mortars with polymers is a must.
RDP powders have been developed for mortar formulations. These polymer powders are water redispersible and produced by spray drying of aqueous polymer dispersion. Redispersible powders used in cement or gypsum based products lead to higher bond strength(especially in severe conditions, i.e. on smooth and nonporous substrates),even after water or heat ageing
MHEC (Imported) is Construction / Industrial grade cellulose ether mainly used as water retention agent, possessing thickening, binding, dispersing, emulsifying, film coating, suspending, absorbing, gelling, surface activity in construction industry & any others industries for following:
1. White cement based putty, wall putty 2. Tile Adhesive 3. Dry mix concrete & cement 4. Paints 5. Water proofing

Polyvinyl alcohol (resin) has a variety of applications ranging from paper and textile industries to construction, adhesives and the oil and gas industry.
KURARAY POVAL is water-soluble, has specific colloidal characteristics, excellent film-forming properties, and high tensile strength.
owiol® and Kuraray Poval® are the trade name of the polyvinyl alcohols marketed by Kuraray. These are manufactured from polyvinyl acetate by alcoholysis using a continuous process. By varying the degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl acetate and its degree of hydrolysis (saponification), a number of different grades can be supplied. Our PVOH types are offered in a high standard purity showing especially "low ash and VOC contents".
Modification of emulsion adhesives, production of paper adhesives and remoistenable adhesives. Protective colloid in emulsion polymerisation and raw material for the production of sizes and textile finishes. Binder in the surface finishing of paper. Also for regulating the processing characteristics of all types of coatings.
